Production Title

We decided to create our own production title using the software Final cut pro as they had simple to use opening templates. We chose the template with the dripping effect as this looked similar to blood dropping which related well with our slasher genre and the gore in our film. In addition we also chose black, white and grey colours as our trailer was edited in black and white and therefore showed consistency. We chose the title 'Morgue pictures' as the word 'Morgue' gives connotations of death and torture and chose 'Escape Route productions' to suggest the idea of their being a chase and action in our film as well as a chance for survival. 

However as Final cut pro did not allow us to download it to Imovie, we had to film our computer screen therefore their were some shiny reflections which could not be removed but we did not feel that this took away from the trailer so decided to keep it.
