Jack The Ripper

Jack the Ripper was a serial killer in the 1800's, brutally murdering prostitutes for no personal gain apart from pleasure. Jack the Ripper wrote a series of letters to the police, newspapers and other high members of society teasing them about his whereabouts as no one could find him. In one particular letter 'From Hell' he sent a victims kidney, making him the most vile serial killer in history. Jack the ripper was never caught, and many people followed his example so there have been many "copycats" such as the yorkshire ripper.
